They asked me upfront resignation letter which I denied to give. Hence they send me an email stating that your services will be terminated if you don't perform until 20th July which means they have given me only 20 days to proove myself not even a month which is actual notice. I have definately prooved my point with sending email and proper numbers but they are not accepting it and saying that performance is based on how much loan you give to customers and not how much files you login. Not only this my target is 2. 1m every month and I have already approvals on hands of 10M which anyways covers me enough. But due to their short span of time givem to me for 20 days I am not sure whether it will be given to customers. As you know now vacation also started and tomorrow their could be any emergency from customer end which is not in my control. If my bank will give me time till Oct 2019 which is my warning letter time period I am sure I will not only out of all these tensions but will be top performer of the year. These people are mentally harassing me big time and on top of that I am single mother. In today's market if I loose my job, I might not get job also. Please advise what are my rights.
