Good afternoon...I'm roslin Laurza..I just want...
Good afternoon...I'm roslin Laurza..I just want ask about my qid. It was expired already last year ..May 27,2018 .so its 1 year expired and my employer didn't renew ..now I'm already finished contract for 2 years and I can't go home just because they told me my papers is still processing in the police because of this penalty they told me need some approve from police ..is this true?,is there any problem for me after ..because I want to come back also in Qatar to work in other sponsors

We would like to inform you that according to the Qatari Labor Law, the legal responsibility is on the employer if the ID wasn’t renewed. But once the contract finished you can leave the country without NOC from the employer. also, you can file a complaint in the Ministry of Labor for the untrue information you got by the employer as cancelling the visa requires only one working day if the employer applied for that.
