We would like to inform you that if the work contract is limited, then it ends once its period finished. But if the employer violates the law, then you can terminate it without notice.

However, if the work contract is unlimited and the worker wants to terminate it then he shall notify the employer before at least a month if he served less than 5 years, and notify him before at least 2 months if he served more than 5 years.
