Any information is out you can then filed a complaint in Labor Office and if the damage can be in accordance with the rules of the UAE civil law to file a claim for compensation on the basis of the verification of damage and compensation for it

my case is as follows:I resigned from a government company and am I'm trying to get re-instated. i found out that the HR employee relations has accessed my medical reports that were submitted to the medical team during my sick leaves. does he have the authority to access these files and mention to the higher management that the reason that they should not re-instate me is due to myself suffering from depression and .... regardless of my outstanding performance.I apologize for giving you the long story but i just need to know if i can take legal action against him for accessing and disclosing my medical reports.

We would like to inform you that you can file a complaint in the labor office then go to the court and file a case against the employer and ask for compensation, that is the legal action you have to take.
