Do you handle company case in Qatar with dispute...

My company In Qatar is having no issue from anywhere.But my sponsor has a case due to which all the companies under him is blocked by ceid and i cannot process anything due to that. i have 32 employees in my company and as told by ceid that close this company and start a new one. but my question is that i invested a lot in this company and if i close the same i will have nothing.i just want a justice that my company can be transferred to different sponsor and computer card can be made and it is only possible if ceid unblocks my company

Asslam u alai kum sir. Thankyou for your kind reply. We want to bring into your kind notice that we are a small startup that started in 2017 with local sponsor and later we transfered to other local sponsor last year.We were unaware of the fact that the new sponsor has some legal complications with him and now he is blocked by ceid . Since he is blocked by ceid, all the companies which are under his sponsorship are blocked.Now, we went to ceid as we as a company were not having any legal case . But ceid told that as your sponsor is blacklisted , nothing can be done and you have to close the company and start a new one. Now my issue is that due to this issue, i have 32 employees and i want to save my company.please advise is there any provision in law for these type of issues.My current sponsor has no issue if company is transferred too. But ceid is not permitting that too

According to the law, taking into consideration that the answer is not in your favor. First, the prohibition of the company or the ban imposed on the employer or its representative can be removed only by removing the reasons that they called for the ban. Or the legal position may be difficult and is the company's final closure of the establishment of another business
If the percentage of the sponsor or the Qatari partner by 51% of the company, excuse him cannot be removed the ban but later can damage your right to file a civil lawsuit against the country sponsor and claim compensation for any damage to your right so legal proceedings may take longer
But it is better to use a lawyer to take the legal action as it was explained
