- By Sharia court in the emirate where you reside provided the presence of both of you together to the headquarters of the Shari'a Court.
- Review the embassies of the country of husband and wife with the presence of you together.
- If the husband or wife refuses to complete the divorce proceedings, a lawyer must be employed from within the state of the party who refuses to complete the marriage procedures in order to provide legal assistance to complete the divorce proceedings.
