My company sending me back Nepal but he is not...

We would like to inform you that if you were returned to your country and the Qatari ID weren’t cancelled, then you can’t apply for new visa unless you cancel the ID.
You can ask the help from your relatives or friends in Qatar to file a complaint against the old employer for not cancelling the Qatari ID.

We would like to inform you that if you return to Qatar, you can not work with a competitor in the event that there is a condition to this effect in the contract of work between you and the previous sponsor or you have signed a declaration or a pledge in the same sense.

You must file a complaint against the company at the Labor Office and Passport Administration if the company does not cancel your Qatari identity.

If you can not complain before traveling, you can ask help from friends or relatives inside Qatar to file a complaint
