We would like to inform you that in accordance with the Federal Foreign Entry and Residence Law and its Executive Regulations, work may not be carried out under a visit visa. Permission to transfer a visitor's visa or visa is not permitted for employment in the private sector except for the following categories:
Engineers.
Doctors, pharmacists, nurses and medical technicians.
Agricultural Extension.
Teachers.
Qualified Accountants and Auditors.
Technicians working on electronic devices and laboratories.
Drivers licensed to drive heavy transport and buses.
Employees in private petroleum companies.
However, the Minister of the Interior or his authorized representative may exempt other categories when the public interest so requires, by permitting the conversion of the visit visa to work one.
