We would like to inform you that from a legal point of view, if a person creates an account on one of the social networking websites and he posted things related to you, you can file a criminal complaint at the Cyber-crime combating department, as they modern techniques which can track that person and bring him to the trial in order to be punished.
Law No. 5 of 2012 on combating IT crimes stipulates that:
the individual shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of not less than six months and a fine of not less than one hundred and fifty thousand dirhams and not exceeding five hundred thousand dirhams or one of those penalties, whoever used the information network, or an electronic information system or an information technology to attack the privacy of a person other than those authorized by law in one of the following ways:
