We would like to inform you that according to the Expats Affairs in the Ministry of Interior, if the expat’s residence is expired, then he has to renew it before passing 90 days. If he violates that, he will have fine of 10 Riyals per day and not exceed 6000 Riyals. You have to review the Department for that and apply for amnesty or discount.
