We would like to inform you that if you mean the gold residence in the UAE and according to the Director General of the Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, the golden residence is permanent for 10 years and is named because of its importance. Property owners will stay for 5 years. The owner of the property is the property and the value of the property and there are side conditions for the property to be the property of 100% ownership of the owner of the property that holds this residence for investors must have an activity starting from 10 million dirhams and above include the following visa requirements:
· The invested capital shall be wholly owned by the investor and not a loan, and evidence shall be provided
· To keep the investment for at least 3 years from the date of issuing the residence permit
· The financial liability of the investor is not burdened with claims or debts affecting its financial position of not less than 10 million dirhams
· The non-state investor is granted a multi-entry permit for the state for a period of 6 months, with a renewable period of 6 months.
· The long-term visa includes a wife and children, one executive and one consultant, and a visa for 3 domestic workers.
