hello, i was cough drinking and driving case. i just park my car under my house and police come and check on me found i drink. i was in jail for 4 days and paid 17000 for fine. i just want to know i can make appeal to reduce the price. as my wife took loan and interest is very high

The prison sentence can be between one to three months plus a fine.

*** As for the reduction of the penalty in the case of the verdict it is possible and trying to you through the submission of objection and appeal to the fine during the legal period and the court discretion in reducing the amount of fine or reject the objection

So I can still apply for appeal to reduce money. Do I need a lawyer for that or I can do by myself.
