Regarding after sales services It's very poor service i am getting here in muscat oman

Actually my car has some issues its showing enc and engine light, hence I dropped my car in service center on 19 th Till now I didn't get my car service done, just yesterday they said that some connector needs tobe swiped with other car and should check what's exactly the issue is. But no reply yet from them. Already it's been 9 days without car now and all my work is being stopped because of itReally upset Please do some needful if possible.

We would like to inform you that according to the law, if there is a contract for repair and that authority didn’t comply with it, then you can send legal warning to them to deliver the car in the determined time. If they didn’t reply you can send the legal warning to repair on time. Or you can go to the court and file a case against them and ask for compensation for any damage followed you.
