We would like to inform you that to complete our response to your previous inquiry, we note that it is only possible to return after obtaining the permission and approval of the head of police services in Kuwait and it is likely that you will not be allowed to return to Kuwait unless at least two years pass. If the Kuwaiti sponsor cancels the absconding notice, and withdrew the passport, you can return to Kuwait without having to wait for two years.
