We would like to inform you that the requirements of the Malaysian visa, which must be submitted to the Embassy of Malaysia in the Sultanate of Oman are:

1. Original passport (valid at least 6 months from travel date)
   2. Application Form Imm.47 (can be obtained at the Embassy)
   3. Two (2) copies of passport’s page which contains bearer’s personal data and photo
   4. Two (2) recent coloured passport size photos (white background)
   5. Two (2) copies of bank statement or salary pay slip (Cash in hand is not acceptable as evidence)
   6. Two (2) copies of return flight ticket
   7. Two (2) copies of hotel reservation/booking
   8. Additional supporting document:
   Original + one (1) copy of letter from employer (for expatriates working in the Sultanate of Oman) with details of the following:-
   Name

Nationality

Passport number

Profession

Salary per month

Validity of contract with the company/sponsor

Family details if accompanied (name, nationality, passport number, relationship)
