We would like to inform you that the Foreigners Law prohibits the return of an expatriate to Kuwait if it is contrary to the provisions of the Foreigners Law, ie if you have terminated your work legally and no decision has been made to ban you from work you can return without any legal problem, but if there are irregularities and you have been deported you can return after the reconciliation procedure as long as your visa is temporary we recommend you renew it so you can return without any legal problems.

Article 11

A foreigner may be allowed to reside temporarily in Kuwait for a period of not more than three months. He must leave the country upon expiry unless he receives a renewal of this residence from the Minister of the Interior for no more than one year.

The Minister of the Interior shall determine the conditions and conditions under which temporary residence is granted
