We would like to inform that The Labor Law authorizes the employer to set the date of commencement of the annual leave, and if necessary it may be divided into two periods at the most. Exclusion of the leave is not permitted except for the juvenile leave. The same law stipulates that the worker shall be granted an annual leave of not less than Two days for each month if the period of his service is more than six months and less than the year and not less than 30 days in each year if the period of service of the worker is more than a year and in the event of termination of the worker's service it is entitled to annual leave for the breaks of the last year, and The employer has the right, if justified, to refuse the application for leave and postpone it for another period if the working conditions call for it. If the worker does not receive his leave or is not deported for the coming year, the worker is entitled to compensation for that.
