My previous visa is cancelled but I didn't received any cancellation letter or cancellation number. So my question is after cancellation I have 30 days to apply for new visa and I want to know my visa cancellation date and how much time I have to apply for new visa.

Dear Customer,
Welcome again!
We would like to inform you that after cancellation you have 30 days to correct the residence situation. For cancelling the visa is id done only by the sponsor and you shall get a copy of the cancellation letter. if he refused then you can go to the labor office and get copy after explaining to them to transfer the sponsorship and issue new visa.
