It should be noted that after reviewing your inquiry and legal scrutiny we would like to inform you that according to the Federal Foreigners' Entry and Entry Law, every foreigner who has entered the country with a visa or an entry permit must leave it upon expiration of his visa or entry permit, either by cancel it or upon expiry, unless he has obtained a permit to stay there. A fine of 100 AED is imposed for each day of the offense. He shall be prosecuted by the police to collect the fine and deportation.
