Yes, the way they have approached wasn’t professional, for example they have connected me directly to one of the ground staff, and to speak with him and explain where the item is, which must be done by the department bot me

We would like to inform you that you can take the legal procedure by providing legal warning to the company to look for and inform you about that. Or you can go to the court and sue the company.
Note that these procedures need a lawyer, but it is not used much as it is expensive and may cost more than the lost thing.
