We would like to inform you that first, it is related to the warranty paper if its clauses included the device replacement in the event of breakdown, this company shall replace it unless there is a text for it to be repaired, if the warranty paper included its replacement with the refusal of this company to replace it by a new phone, you may take legal actions against this company in terms of legal warning. And file a lawsuit against it and claim compensation or replacement of the device with the company bearing the costs and dues and lawyer fees in the case of hiring one.
