In accordance with the UAE Labor Law, it is necessary to file a complaint before the labor court in the Emirate where the work is located for the jurisdiction and its follow-up, especially since it should be noted that the lawsuit and labor complaints are exempt from fees according to the law where Article 5 states:
Article (5):
judicial fees in all stages of litigation and the implementation of actions brought by the workers or those entitled to them on the basis of the provisions of this law shall be exempted from the judicial fees.
The court may, in the case of not accept or reject the case, decide to charge all or some of its expenses to the complainant.
