It should be noted that after reviewing your inquiry and legal scrutiny we would like to inform you that referring to the residence and labor law in UAE, the person who has the right to cancel the visa is the sponsor or the employer or the authorized person, note that the period to cancel the visa is one working day. When you cancel the residence visa, the identity card issued to the sponsored person from the UAE is also canceled.

After the cancellation, the sponsored has grace period of 30 days he may leave the country or get new residence visa, and there is no fine during the grace period.
