We would like to inform you that the American visa is printed on your passport. So if you lost your passport, and you travelled using the visa, then you have to assure whether the visa is for one time or several travels. Therefore, you have to issue another passport by going to your country embassy, so then you can get new visa if the first one was for only one time, if it was for several times, then you can ask for another visa instead of the lost one and transfer it on the new passport to be able to travel.
