Ok, i will be at the court on the 26th. 1. Settlement -- of the full amount? What if I cannot settle this amount? It is a big amount -- 250K. I have been paying them, but have been irregular because of unemployment. In total I think I paid 100K AED already and last payment was on May 2019 (then Mar 2019, Jan 2019). Or you mean settlement of fine?2. Judgement - what is usually the judgement for check cases of this amount? Fine or Jail? I am being tried in RAK Courts (not Dubai) They sued me for the 250K AED (check value) and not the remaining balance of my loan.4.a. What are the possible outcomes during my court date? Is it only JAIL TERM becuase the amount exceeds 200K AED or there is a possibility of getting a FINE?5. Court date - what documents to prepare? I have my bank statements showing that I have been paying. Do I need a lawyer present?Thank you Fatima.
