It should be noted that after reviewing your inquiry and legal scrutiny we would like to inform you that according to the UAE Labor Law on termination, if the contract of employment is terminated, a period of 30 days shall be granted to correct the status of the residence from the date of termination, and after the cancellation of the visa and without imposing any fines on you and obtaining a NOC from the sponsor.
Note that the person who has the right to cancel the visa is the sponsor without ability of the worker to cancel it alone. So if there is any delay by the employer on the payment of costs as contained in your inquiry, you can go to the court and request the implementation of the judgment immediately and you can make a reservation on the company to force them to pay you immediately. This procedure may require hiring a lawyer or any person who knows the full legal procedures.
