I wanna asking something about my husband case

We would like to inform you that the domestic worker visa “article 20” can’t be transferred to work in the private sector “article 18”.
If the worker with domestic worker visa wants to transfer to the private sector, then he shall cancel the visa legally then leave Kuwait. Then after that he can return with new visa to work in the private sector.
