It should be noted that after reviewing your inquiry and legal scrutiny we would like to provide you that if you want to transfer the sponsorship to a new sponsor, you can contact the Immigration Department
And to submit a request for the transfer of sponsorship according to a pre-prepared form and attached to the request the following documents:
ID of the previous sponsor (original and copy thereof)
ID of the new sponsor (original and photocopy)
ID card (original and photocopy)
Passport for the sponsored person
Two personal photo
Signature and a copy for it
Health insurance policy

After completing the form, you must pay the prescribed fees and then submit the application with a special file then wait for a decision

Welcome again!
We would like to inform you that you can transfer your governmental residence “visa 17” to residence for small projects by getting NOC from the governmental authority that you are working with. Also, get the security approval from the Ministry of Interior, then go to the Immigration Department and transfer your residence.

Second part of question was..after transferring to small project is it possible to transfer it to any big company which is not small project

We would like to inform you that the expatriate worker registered with the owners of small and medium enterprises may be transferred to small and medium-sized enterprises only. It is not permissible to transfer to another activity. The transfer is only from small projects to small projects according to the following regulations:
1- Three years have passed from the date of issuing the work permit.2- The transfer shall be to the owner of another small or medium project.
3. It should be allowed to estimate the need of the new employer to add a new worker to his file.
