We would like to inform you that the procedure of mixed marriage in Algeria shall be through the submission of a request to the competent regional governor in the residence of one of the spouses and the required papers are:
Spouses' birth certificatesID card for the Algerian husband
Medical certificate for the spouces
A judicial authorization in marriage with the consent of the guardian and the mother if one of the spouses has not attained the age of 18 years.
Passport for foreign spouse
Marriage authorization from the embassy of the foreign husband
Death certificate of husband or wife if the married is a widow
Ruling on divorce if the spouse is divorced
A copy of valid residence of the foreign resident
Certificate of accommodation for non-resident foreign spouse
3 personal photos
After obtaining the marriage license from the governor, registration can be made in the civil status register of the municipality.
