If a complaint at the Labor Office is the reason the employer terminates the worker from work, the dismissal is arbitrary, since submitting a case is not a reason for termination. And you can provide news to the Labor Office about the existence of violations of the company in general and confidentially and they will investigate these violations and take the necessary actions.
