We would like to inform you that for the UAE ID, you have to go to the Identity and Nationality Authority and apply to edit the data and attach the marriage contract, and valid passport. Also, you can edit the data by follow the steps below:

for the visa, you have to go to the Residence Department and Foreign Affairs and apply to edit the data and attach the passport and marriage contract, then go to the Insurance Authority that you deal with and edit the data on the insurance card.
