In the event of defaults on bank loan installments, the Bank will normally send several notices and letters of claim for payment before a final warning is issued before any legal action is taken.
But theoretically, the bank has the right to lodge a complaint with the company or to file a civil lawsuit against you without notice. If the bank sues you, you will receive written court summons to appear before it and advise you to contact the bank directly to avoid any legal action the bank may take against you.
