1- Passport valid for not less than six months
2- Residency with not less than three months
3 - NOC by the employer for the purpose of traveling and leaving Qatar
4 - Your profession is from the professions that allow you to travel such as worker or individual profession
5- Pay the fees imposed on the visa which estimated by the embassy
