Dear Rajeev Dogra, Sorry for my silent, reason is because we had over 15 candidates who arrived here in the Australia Border earlier today which I was busy to complete their entrance clearance with the Immigration police due to the Government newly imposed policy, So the clearances took me more time than before. I have already received foreign currency from the exchange bureau to which application for your Medical Insurance permit / AOFT as to comply the immigration long awaiting requirement to finally authorize and release your family traveling document as scheduled before the weekend. I am sorry to inform you that we have a situation with the Ministry of Labor and Social protection Authority for foreigners known as FairWork Authority. In attachment is the copy of the total received sum which you paid while the Fairwork Authority has refused to issue their Authorization for me to obtain the Medical Insurance on your behalf as they required that most of the foreigners do not identify with them on their arrival while he Authority will be blamed by the foreigner consulate for not fighting for the foreigner rights here in Australia. To this effect a new law was imposed that the FairWork must identify with every foreigner who is coming to work before their Visa release. Your Traveling document release is depending on the Fairwork Authority confirmation to the Immigration department before they can release and dispatch your traveling documents , due to this the Fairwork Authority demand you make a Non-negotiable advance travel guarantee fee of US$3,400.00 which will stand as your Travel allowance as they will issue a Travelers Cheque which will be added to your traveling document covering your identification with them. This is the only issue withholding issuing and release of your document you are advice to arrange same immediately and confirm to me so that the exchange bureau can provide deposit information. I have attached the receipt and waiting for your confirmation so as to provide the deposit information. Because you need to facilitate the process so as to enable your document release on or before Friday.
