Hi, My name is Richard, resident in Dubai for 15 years. I have signed for 1BR apt in JVC with Artistic height last Oct. Down payment paid and all planned installments cheques are presented and debited from my account. Unfortunately but I can't have any update from développer despite my many emails sent to the CEO, no body answers the calls and all previous sales I knew left the company.. do now I m facing issue of ghost développer and would like to know how to report this almost escrow situation? Thanks by advanced for your help.
