We would like to inform you that the Kuwaiti residency law does not stipulate any text regarding the term that the foreigner shall wait until he can return to Kuwait if the previous residence is legally canceled. In other words, you can re-enter Kuwait at any time if a new employer applies for your visa.
Here is the text of the Kuwaiti residence law concerning your inquiry:
Article 20
The foreigner shall leave Kuwait by order of the head of the police and public security departments if he does not have a residence permit or the license period has expired. He may return to Kuwait if he meets the requirements for entry in accordance with the provisions of this law.
