How to apply golden visa of Portugal from dubai

• Buy a property for at least € 500,000
• A capital investment in a Portuguese bank account or a flexible investment of at least one million.
• Providing at least 10 job posts in Portugal
• Donating at least € 350,000 for research activities
• Donate at least € 250,000 to support arts and cultural heritage conservation
• Invest at least € 500,000 in small and medium-sized Portuguese companies.

Moreover, you have to pay a legal fee of € 20,000 for the main investor and € 4,000 for each member of his family.

Below the conditions required from the applicant:

• Be 18 years old
• Has a clean criminal record in Portugal and any of the countries he has resided in the last 5 years.
• Prove that he has that money to invest in Portugal.
