Hi, few days back i made an accident. Actually I...
Hi, few days back i made an accident. Actually I was driving(my friend's car) on one lane road in rolla area in sharjah and my car was on around 25km speed and suddenly one person who was walking on the footpath. he came on the road, right in front of my car. Soy car hits him and he fell down so I take him to the hospital. Now he has registered the case against me in the Sharjah court and claiming for money. Can you please let me know, what will happen, because I have never made any accident before in my life. And it is his miatake, he came in front of me suddenly. And there was no time. Because he was just a couple of feet away fromy car and there is no zebra crossing, he should cross the road via zebra crossing.
