Then, you have  go to the passport department and correct the name in your passport according to the document you will receive from the Civil Status Authority to correct the name as a result of the divorce.

We would like to inform you that the competent authority is the issuing authority of the Birth certificates and ID cards in the Philippines. As for raising the case, you have to appoint a lawyer in the Philippines to carry out these procedures and did not work out, you have to raise case in the Philippines to request to change the name.
