Anyone who uses the Internet or any of the means of information technology to launder money, transfer or transfer illegal funds, hide their illicit origin, acquire, use or possess them, knowing that they are illegal funds being held for ten years with pay fine of 20,000 to 50,000 or apply one of these penalties.
**** So it is possible to go to the nearest police station or go to the Public Prosecutor's Office electronic crime fighting and to submit a complaint to the possibility of taking the legal requirement against this person and obligate him to refund the money
