Good morning. My name is Julius Musinguzi. I work as a Security guard in one of the Security Companies around which I joined in November. For 2 months now thus Apirl and May, my salary is paid less by AED 1200. I Personally engaged my operations manager in May about the above but promised that May salary will be Intact. I was humble enough and patient until last week when May salary was paid, I still recieved less by AED 1200.

I am currently attached with Holiday Inn Abudhabi Downtown Hotel but my Company is located in Mussafa Adfra Worker's Village Mussafa Abudhabi.

I reported to operations manager at the beginning of May and went back last but with no avail. All attemptshas proved futile now I have drafted a letter asking them to pay back all the money that they have deducted in 7 days or i intend to sue the company for the same. This I have not given them. Their claim however is that I have no PSBD LICENCE. ( It's the company's responsibility take all guards for PSBD LICENCE in 2 to 3 months. Now we are 8 months)

The Second time I reported to operations manager with other affected colleagues however that meeting ended with no proper gaidance from the manager. Instead he asked any one of us with personal problems to approach him individually which I did the same day at 1600hrs.
