My name is Bushra Ijaz , I am living with my husband (British national) . We've been living together in UAE for 12 years , we have 3 kids ( all British nationals through my husband ) I applied settlement visa for the UK through the VSF in abu dhabi on priority basis. We received an email from the UK that due to some misunderstandings we missed my sponsor's documents . Then we got an email and we sent our Sponsor's documents through our friend in london to the VSF against 75 pounds(with payment) but today we received reply from UK through VSF with a refusal with an appeal of 28 days with a reason of not receiving the sponsor's documents so in this regard , can you help us? What should we do next with the help of your expertise .

Dear Customer,
Thanks for joining and trusting us, much appreciated!
We would like to inform you that in case you mean that you have applied for a visa to the UK previously and your application was rejected, you can apply again and there is no prevention but we advise you to know the reasons for refusal to avoid them in your next application in order to raise your chances in obtaining the visa. According to the law in force at the embassy, the decision of granting visa or rejecting it is a matter of sovereignty of the embassy, and no entity can interfere with any of its work. So, we advise in the event that the visa was refused to be granted, you can apply to appeal the decision within thirty days at the embassy and after knowing the reasons of refusal, you can convince the embassy by providing guarantees to return if your residence was in UAE. You can provide a certificate of your work proving that you are resuming the work and provide to them the values of salary as proof to the embassy. Then the court can amend the embassy's refusal decision and grant you the visa. You should also notice that in the event that the visa was rejected even after the objection, it is not possible to apply for a visa unless after three months, ie, 90 days from the date of rejection, and you should avoid the reasons that would lead to the refusal of the visa by the embassy.
If you have another question, feel free to ask us and we will answer with pleasure.
