hello i have a question i was born and brought up...
hello i have a question i was born and brought up in uae then worked here i recently lost my job and my visa was cancelled and took a visit visa to search jobs. but i have an offer for some temporary position can i have NOC to work and if yes where i can get it. i am here in uae for 35 years. please advise

i am located in dubai and getting a offer in abu dhabi. and the visit visa is also from abu dhabi

It should be noted that after reviewing your inquiry and legal scrutiny we would like to inform you that referring to the residence and labor law in UAE, the person who has the right to cancel the visa is the sponsor or the employer or the authorized person, note that the period to cancel the visa is one working day. When you cancel the residence visa, the identity card issued to the sponsored person from the UAE is also canceled.
But if the arbitrary of employer proves that the visa has been revoked, it is possible to go to the Ministry of Labor as the competent authority in ending the labor disputes. It is the one who takes the procedures to cancel the visa, provided that there is no legal violation in the work and then it may give you the permission to settle the situation.

my question is entirely different from ur answer i am asking that if i can work on a visit can i get a NOC if i request from the authorities

It should be noted that the visit visa prevents the work in the country and prevents the violation of the objectives granted for it and therefore if you get a visit visa with a temporary job vacancy can be transferred to work in the sense can't obtain a non-objection to work on the visit visa.
