And regarding the papers and documents required, it is as follows:
Age is at least 25 years.
A professional license (third degree at least)
Public Driver: A professional license (First or second degree) and a certificate of experience from the traffic department for at least 6 years.
Equipment Driver: A certified driver's license, in addition to a ratified certificate of experience. Driver must have a valid driving license and a ratified certificate of experience. The applicant must have a valid passport for at least six (6) months prior to the expiry date. If this condition is met, you have to fill an application to obtain a work permit, and keep it with the necessary papers to obtain a work permit in Kuwait.

HIV testing is also done, and the results of the medical test are attached with the papers.
It is also necessary to obtain a health certificate, usually obtained from a local doctor who proves that the patient is healthy and free from infectious diseases. This certificate is accompanied by laboratory test results for many diseases, including Hepatitis B, C, , Nephritis, in addition to syphilis and chest x-ray of Tuberculosis.
A police certificate stating that this person does not have a criminal record and is obtained from the police. This certificate is also required to be ratified by the embassy with fees determined by the competent authorities are paid. The police clearance should be provided to the Kuwaiti authorities for the purpose of obtaining a work permit and residence later.
A government contract or a copy of the letter of appointment from Kuwait is required to obtain this permit. For the private sector, it is required to obtain an entry visa from the competent authorities in Kuwait.
