We would like to inform you that if you want to equivalence your study certificate, the following documents shall be attached:

Postgraduate / higher degrees' Degrees:

1. A copy of the qualification to be equalized (wall certificate) duly attested, and the transcript of records (mark sheet) for the qualification to be equalized (where applicable).
2. The original letter of the embassy of the country issuing the qualification with the academic institution's reply indicating the authenticity of the qualification. Qualifications issued from certain countries are exempted from providing this letter (click here to review the list of the countries that are exempted from this requirement) as the Ministry corresponds the specialized authorities in these countries to get the needed information.
3. Legal translation of the certificate if issued in any language other than Arabic or English.
4. Copies of the first degree (bachelor) duly attested, and the transcript of records (mark sheet) for the bachelor.
5. A copy of preceding equivalency obtained from the Ministry of Education (if available).
6. Proving attendance in the country of study “from 2000”: passport and a proof of residence (entry and exit seals for the country where the applicant studied), or a copy of the first entry to the country.
7. For doctoral degrees, a copy of the thesis abstract is required, along with an official letter issued by the awarding university, indicating the college name and the research area and the major (if major is not mentioned in the certificate of graduation).
