Sir..I would like to know if an employee is resigning from his job within one year period as per Kuwait Labour Law is it possible to transfer the residence to another company. Employee is having University Degree Certificate.

We would like to inform you that if you resigned legally and in order to transfer the residence on another sponsor, then you have to apply in the Immigration Department where you reside and attach the below documents:
· Original civil ID of the previous sponsor and a copy thereof
· The original civil ID of the current sponsor and a copy thereof
· The original civil ID of the sponsored person and a copy thereof
· Passport for the sponsored person
· (2) personal photographs
· Signature and a copy thereof
· Health insurance policy
