We would like to inform you that if you have finished your family visa has expired a year ago, you must pay the full financial fine, and you can wait until the announcement of a new amnesty in the UAE. Note that we cannot set the date of announcement, as it may take a long term that can not be determined. You can review the general directorate of residence and request an exemption of fifty percent of the value of that fine in return for allowing them to travel and imposing a ban on them and preventing them from entering the UAE for at least one year. The General Directorate will study the request and issue the appropriate decision to accept or reject it.
