We would like to inform you that if your contract has been legally terminated without violations, you will not be banned for two years and you may return to work in Kuwait at any time, but if there is not any problem with the employer. We recommend that the employer extend the work visa by submitting an application to the Immigration Department attaching the following documents:

·         Work permit issued from the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor

·         Health insurance certificate

·         Original passport of the sponsored

·         Signature authorization of the sponsor and a copy
