We would like to inform you that you may file a complaint at the Public Prosecution in Qatar or the nearest police station based on the provisions of the Cyber Crimes Law, which punishes the act of defamation and libel on social network websites and the Internet with a term of 3 years of imprisonment  or a fine not exceeding 100,000 riyals.
Article 8:

Any person violates any of the principles or social values, or publishes news, pictures, or audio or video recordings related to the inviolability of private person, shall be punished to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years and a fine not exceeding 100,000 riyals. If the violation is related to a family member, even if they are correct, or infringe/insult on others by means of a computer network or an information technology device.
