Article 25
The landlord shall vacate the tenant at the end of the lease in four exclusive cases relating to the owner's desire to demolish, rebuild, repair or maintain the property or if he wishes to restore it to his personal use or to one of his relatives to the first degree or If the landlord wishes to sell the leased property, the eviction at the end of the lease at the request of the lessor in accordance with this article is subject to the availability of one of the mentioned cases unless the leased lessor informs the tenant of the eviction according to the general rules stipulated in article 791 of the Civil Transactions Law, The second paragraph on the expiry of the lease upon expiry of using it. And the owner notify to revoke before the renew period of two months. For your personal things, yes you can take it.
